I know its been a long time, but what will stop him from making an other account and doing this again? Asshole or not, something is flawed and if we found 1 scammer, there's probably more and there will probably be more.

Also, you can't really trust someone that you never seen face to face. The strict minimum would be a program like Skype with microphone to talk with each others. Other than that, it's easy to fool someone with the way we type.

And yeah, there's dishonest ppl in this world near you. My own cousin who came over from Miami with a plane stole my DSi. It's no big deal, but still, you don't do that type of thing to your family members. It was the first time that he ever visited me and i never visited him before so i never knew him enough to a point where i could tell that he was like that.
Now, i don't even trust my own cousins no more, i watch all their steps and i hide my stuff when i feel like i have to.
